Our founder, Helen, is a former Wall Street veteran who worked as a fixed income sales executive for various investment banks including Lehman Brothers and Royal Bank of Scotland. While on Wall Street, she witnessed and experienced first-hand bankruptcies, mergers, and major industry overhauls. Those experiences built her philosophy and belief that through a growth mindset with heightened awareness, rigor, and motivation, people and businesses can thrive and leaders can activate the best version of themselves. Most businesses focus on tasks and objectives, and yet the greatest businesses succeed because of their people.

Helen is an executive coach specializing in honing executive presence, elevating influential leadership and fostering stronger professional relationships. Helen has over 15 years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development and executive coaching. She works with professionals in high stress/high demand industries such as finance, technology, and law. Helen enhances the effectiveness of her clients as they face an inflection point in their careers.
Helen is a former Wall Street veteran who worked as a sales executive in fixed income for various investment banks.
