This campaign is an effort to gift coaching to as many of our healthcare heroes and educators as possible.  For every coaching session that YOU purchase, executive  coach Helen Dayen  will gift a coaching session to a frontline health care worker or educator

I recently coached a doctor who works in an NYC hospital at the epicenter of the COVID 19 pandemic. He has spent days in the ICU witnessing death, working with limited resources and struggling to do his job. In our coaching sessions, he took the time to reflect, find gratitude, and, frankly, get some sense of control back.

 

He said that an hour of coaching energized him for 2 days. 

 

That coaching session made me realize that I cannot sit on the sidelines waiting from this pandemic to end.

 

I want to help people the best way that I know how, and that is through listening, creating a place to reflect, and guiding through coaching.

 

With that in mind, this giving campaign was born.

 

For every coaching session that you purchase, I will gift a coaching session to a frontline health care worker or educator (teachers have a special place in my heart as I am trying to homeschool my 7-year-old son these days).
